Known as ratafia in France, this lightly sweet cordial is the essence of pure Chardonnay fruit: juice that is pressed off this noble grape at the peak of ripeness fortified with brandy distilled from the same juice. Because it is unfermented, you'll taste the warm, rich flavor of the pure fruit on your palate. The aroma is honeyed and exotic, with Asian spice overtones. As with any fortified product, Sirius White will age well. This cordial can be served as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to almost any dessert. Vanilla, fruit, and nuts pair especially well, as do ripe, creamy cheeses.
