91 Rating-Robert Parker. Good dark color, with a surprising amount of chocolate on the nose, and more of the same on the palate, with a big core of earthy black plum, currant and berry. Full bodied, with very good structure, this is a fine match for the sausage and compote, and should age effortlessly for 5 years and beyond.
