6 bottle available at this price. Winemaker's comments: Blended wine is misunderstood in America. Largely because the blend used to represent a sum of otherwise unwanted parts. We intend to change that. This blend of Riesling, Pinot Grigio, and Pinot Blanc was an act of improvisation. Thus the name. Those swirling cloudsa of starlings you see are called Murmurations. Aptly so, if you've ever heard them murmuring over your vineyards. Thousands of minds swooping and diving in unison as of one conciousness. This kind of movement cannot be coreographed. This wine intends to honor that notion of the fleeting opportunity when intention, reaction, and circumstance come together to form reality. O.K. that's a little deep - short version is that we found these selections from three vineyards worked beautifully together to form a great summer wine. The riesling (50%) comes from the Reehorst vineyards, the Grigio (40%) comes from the Ligon Vineyard, and the Blanc (10%) comes from the Island View Vineyard. Shrimp on the barby I say.
