This is perhaps the most ubiquitous Prosecco on the market, but that’s not to say that it isn’t very good, and the price is certainly right. Medium straw color, clean, crisp and refreshing, with a wealth of bubbles and plenty of mineral and earth tones to underscore the tangy apple and peach flavors and aromas. Consistently well made and satisfying, this is a great choice for a variety of duties, including aperitif, dinner wine or just a back deck summer sipper.
