Wine Availability: Wine is a changing commodity. Highly rated wines sell out quickly. Vintages change, often without prior notice to us. We are as unhappy as you when we are unable to fill your order. However we do reserve the right to substitute vintages on any wine sold for $12.00 or less.
By law, you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and receive wine, and an adult's signature (also 21 years or older) is required for all deliveries of wine.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please email us or call us Toll-Free at 866-976-VINO (8466) immediately, and let us know the nature of the problem and we will do our best to make it right.
Within 10 days of the date of delivery we will arrange for the return of wine at our expense for thefollowing reasons:
- Your wine was damaged in transit
- You received the wrong vintage or type of wine
- Your wine is defective. We will not accept the return of empty bottles.
Within 10 days of the date of delivery we will accept the return of wine for any other reason. Thereturn shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. You must contact ourCustomer Service Department in advance to returning wine. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Minimums
Purchase any quantities you like on wine above $8.00 a bottle. All wine $8.00 and below per bottle is sold by the case only. Due to UPS fuel surcharge increases we charge a small order handling charge for all orders of $90.00 or less.

Consequently, whether you buy one bottle or 100 bottles, our everyday prices are likely much, much lower than anyone else's "case discount" price.
